Move your group here

Four steps. Free for you and your players, and nobody has to download an app.

  1. 1

Start a group, or use the one you have

A group is your regulars in one place: a member list, a group chat, and weekly games that invite everyone a few days before each date. Public groups are listed near you; private ones are invite-only. Start a group.

  2. 2

    Bring your schedule

On Import your schedule, paste it the way you already write it ("Tue & Thu 6–8pm at Crow Rec, 3.0–3.5"), link or upload a calendar (.ics), or fill in the CSV template. Each line shows as a row you can fix before anything is saved, with the court matched by name near you. Lines that could mean two things are listed for you to fix, never guessed. Save into your group as weekly games, or post them as open play anyone can find.

  3. 3

    Invite your players

From your group's Manage page, open Invite players:

    • Copy the ready message (your weekly games and the join link) into your Facebook group, WhatsApp or a text.
    • Print the QR code for the court fence or the sign-in table.
    • Paste or upload your email list. Each address gets one invitation, with a link to join and a link to say no. Members, people already invited and anyone who opted out are skipped. Up to 100 a day per organizer.
    • Phone numbers are kept on that page for you to text the link yourself. We don't send texts.

You see who was sent an invite, who joined and who said no.

  4. 4

    Run game day

Members answer In, Out or Maybe in one tap. Set a cap and extra players join a waitlist that moves up on its own. Before you head out, print the roster for that date (In, the waitlist in order, Maybe) with check-in boxes, or download it as a CSV.

What your players see

  • Your message or email, with a link to your group.
  • A free account (email or Google), then they're in: game invites, the group chat, and open play near them.
  • Their profile shows only what they choose. Rosters follow those choices: a private profile prints as "A player", and emails never appear on one.

Clubs, leagues and venues

Partners can do all of this from the partner dashboard or the partner API: post up to 50 weekly sessions in one call, send group invitations by email (scope invites:write), and export group, session, ladder and league rosters as JSON or CSV.
