Venues, clubs and leagues get an official listing and more control. Free for founding partners.
Official listing
Your courts are marked as run by you. You fix the details yourself (courts, lights, amenities, hours, cost, booking link), and map imports never overwrite them.
Closures and cancellations
Close a venue or cancel one session for a day. Everyone who said they're going hears about it.
Ladders and club leagues
Run challenge ladders and team leagues with schedules, results, standings and playoffs.
Partner API
Publish from your own booking or club system: scoped keys, signed webhooks and OpenAPI docs.

Tell us who you are and which courts you run. No account needed to start: we email you a link to finish.

A person on our team confirms you run it, usually within a few days.

Approved partners get their venues on the partner dashboard, with an official listing.

Post and edit
Post sessions, closures and court details. Your first few posts are checked; after that they publish at once.

What does it cost?
Nothing. Every organizer tool is free, for you and your players. The partner program is free for founding partners.
Do I need to be a partner to post open play?
No. Anyone with a free account can post open play, start a group or run a round robin. The partner program is for the people who run a venue, club or league and want an official listing, closures, leagues and the API.
Who can apply?
Venue and rec-center staff, club and league officers, school and church coordinators, and the admins of established local groups. Tell us how you run it; we check every application by hand.
How long does review take?
Usually a few days. We email you when there's a decision.
My court is listed with the wrong details. Can I fix it?
Yes. Once you're approved, edit the details from the partner dashboard. Until then, use Report a change on the court page and we'll review it.
Will you post on my Facebook group or text my players?
No. We never post for you or send texts. You copy the message or the link and share it where your players already are.
